1. Returns

If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be in the original packaging, including tags and labels.
• Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are not accepted for items marked as final sale or for certain personal items, such as undergarments. Please review the product details for return eligibility.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
• Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear within 7 days.

• Final sale items
• Personalized items

If your return is rejected (due to not meeting the return eligibility), the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@firefliescollections.com to initiate an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and shipping costs for the exchange may apply.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. In the event of an exchange, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for sending the item back to us and the shipping for the new item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at info@firefliescollections.com with details and photos of the defect. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you or offer a full refund if a replacement is not available.
